Standard Terms and Conditions
January 2025: SATISFACTION GUARANTEED, limited to the cost of the order, and subject to the following:
TYPESETTING – Customers are requested to proof and approve a draft of their order prior to printing. Automotive Forms will gladly fax or mail a proof to you for your review. If the customer declines to return a signed approval of the proof, we will not be responsible for errors noted later on the printed forms.
PRINTING – Standard pricing includes printing 4 lines of your company information plus one of our standard logos and numbering. Custom logos or non-standard fonts are subject to a 1-time set-up fee of $30. Extra text placed on the form (body copy) is subject to a $30 per order charge. If placing body copy text in more than two locations, additional charges will be applied.
COLORS – We imprint your forms in Reflex Blue ink. Upon request, we can use other colors, subject to a $50 press-washing charge. If 2 colors are required, a $50 per color (non-reflex blue) press washing charge and a $75 per 1000 second run charge will be applied.
PRINTING TIME – Please re-order your forms early. Automotive Forms usually has a backlog of 11 – 12 working days, particularly around holidays. With COVID-19 related issures and current supply chain shortages, printing time may be even longer.
SHIPPING – Automotive Forms uses UPS for delivery, please allow 3 days for delivery and 5+ working days to the East Coast.
HOURS OF OPERATION – We are open Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. We are generally closed the day before or after a 3-day weekend, the Friday after Thanksgiving and from Dec 24 through Jan 1.
PAYMENT – Automotive Forms does not offer credit terms. Orders must be pre-paid. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Check-by-Phone, checks and money orders for pre-payment.
Note: If pre-paying with a check or money order, your order will be printed upon receipt of your payment.
Checks returned marked as “NSF” or “Stopped Payment” are subject to $35 in returned check fees and will be turned over to the respective District Attorney for collection & prosecution after 30 days if the balance remains unpaid.
